TMEP-80100 Screen exposure machine

Application:
It is apply to the exposing operation of very fine screen.
Features:
1.Adopt special centrifugal cooler,fully cooling the lamp to ensure stable temperature,thereby the lamp energy can function well and enhance stability of exposure;
2.Eliminated the traditional funnel design,adopt more scientific and reasonable streamline,with imported reflector design,full use of refration of light energy evenly across the glasse surface,enhance the muli-colour colour process,four-colour making plate effect;
3.lamp start-turn off-restart,short interval time, can restart about 1 minute or so,improve exposure efficiency;
4. According to different customers' specification, professional to make;
5.Professional OEM produce according to factory and distributor's different quality request;
6.Adopt imported 1.2mm thick wove rubber cloth, ageing resistance;
7.Tempered glass,thermostability,not easy to break.
Fault repair
1. Turn on the power switch and the fan does not work
1. Check if the floor fuses are loose or blown.
2. Check whether the fan capacitor burns, fan blades are deformed, the fan is bad.
3. Whether the plug is loose or welding is not strong.
2. Put down the screen frame, the vacuum pump does not work
1. Check if the wiring of the vacuum pump is off.
2. Check that the vacuum pump base switch is open.
3. Check that the delay on the panel timer is faulty or the backplane contactor is not working.
